PreK STEAM launch at the West Cobb Regional Library on January 18, 2017 at 11:00 AM. Three sessions to follow on the campus of Mount Paran Christian School:
Children are never too young to develop skills in creative play and STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) concepts. Parents are invited to bring their toddlers and preschoolers, ages 2-6, to learn through hands-on STEAM exploration with instructor “Mrs. B.” (M.Ed./Georgia-Certified/Gifted-Certified.) Children will conduct science experiments, explore math concepts via iPad Osmo, problem-solve construction challenges, and create masterpieces on SMART Tables. Each week, Mrs. B. will be exploring new educational projects, so plan to attend one or all sessions!
MPCS Preschool is fully accredited through SAIS, AdvancED, and Bright From the Start. All sessions and meet-ups are free of charge and open to the community.
