Walk, run and have fun at the annual Downtown Dash 5K on Saturday, July 9, 2022 in downtown Kennesaw. The Downtown Dash 5k is the third race of the Kennesaw Grand Prix Series.
The race begins at Kennesaw First Baptist Church, continues through Swift-Cantrell Park, and ends in downtown Kennesaw. Participants can run or walk in the 5K (3.1 miles) or participate in the 1 mile fun run or tot trot.
After the race, awards will be given out for first overall M/F and Masters M/F runners and top 3 M/F runners in fourteen age brackets. There is also a special VIP reception for first 50 finishers.

Race Route:
The race begins at Kennesaw First Baptist Church and continues down Main Street over Jiles Road into Swift-Cantrell Park. Then it loops through the Park on a paved asphalt path lined with tall trees and ends with a downhill finish in downtown Kennesaw at the railroad crossing.
Parking:
Parking is available in Adams Park, Kennesaw First Baptist Church. the Depot parking lot, and other lots in downtown Kennesaw.
