As mentioned above, Okiboru House of Tsukemen is bringing a unique twist to traditional ramen, introducing Kennesaw to the art of Tsukemen, or “dipping ramen.” Unlike classic ramen, the noodles are served separately from the broth, allowing diners to dip each bite for a perfect balance of flavor. Okiboru’s noodles are made fresh in-house using a special recipe, and the broth is slow-cooked to achieve a rich consistency ideal for dipping. Known for its quality, Okiboru’s LA location even earned a spot on the prestigious MICHELIN Bib Gourmand List in 2019, making it a top choice for ramen lovers in the area.

Founded by Tomo Takahashi in Tokyo in 2000, JINYA Ramen Bar is known for its rich, slow-simmered broths and perfectly textured noodles. This area is becoming a ramen hotspot, with the adjacent Esplanade at Cobb shopping center also hosting Revolving Sushi Factory and 3+3 Lanzhou Ramen, both of which serve ramen, and the soon to open Okiboru in the Town Center Plaza shopping center.
